WordPress temasını düzenleme

WordPress temasını düzenlerken orijinaline dokunmadan yedeklenmiş (alt tema olarak ifade edilen) dosyaları düzenleyip kullanma yöntemi.

1. Kullandığınız alt temayı kolayca belirleyebilmek için tema adını birleştirerek “wp-content/themes” klasöründe yeni bir klasör oluşturun. (Örnek: Orijinal temanın adı “twentyfifteen” ise “twentyfifteen-child” adında bir klasör oluşturun.)
2. Orijinal temanın “style.css” dosyasını alt tema klasörüne kopyalayın ve “Theme Name”, “Themplate” değerlerini aşağıdaki gibi değiştirin.

3. Alt tema klasöründe aşağıdaki kodu içeren bir “functions.php” dosyası oluşturun.

4. Orijinal temanın “screenshot.png” dosyasını alt tema klasörüne kopyalayın.
5. Düzenlemek istediğiniz orijinal tema dosyasını alt tema klasörüne kopyalayıp düzenleyerek kullanabilirsiniz.
