특정 프로그램을 통해 무한 루프로 이미지를 다운 받는 등 트래픽 장애를 초래하는 현상 때문에 순간적으로 50배 이상 트래픽이 증가하여, 긴급하게 업데이트를 하게 되었습니다.
한 IP 당 평균 사용 횟수에 비해 과도하게 높을 경우 이미지를 출력하지 않도록 하였습니다.
