This program was created to make it easy to back up your photos saved on Cyworld. (Distribution discontinued)
How to use
- Run the program.
- Enter your ID (email address) and password.
- If you have forgotten your ID or password, enter your address directly. (Only public images will be extracted.)
- Click the Run button.
Distribution status
- Distribution has ended. It is no longer available for download.
- We stopped distribution at Cyworld’s request, then briefly made it available again on June 4, 2020, after news that Cyworld was closing down.
- After Cyworld reopened, we ended distribution permanently.
Other information
- A summary of text (diaries, bulletin boards, etc.) is saved to CyBackup.txt.
(* If you check the detailed pages option, the full text is saved.) - Access to detailed pages is currently on hold because Cyworld’s servers are unstable.
- Accessing detailed pages extracts and saves all text from diaries, bulletin boards, and other sections.
- Because the original image server is inaccessible, images are downloaded based on their thumbnails.
- Your personal information is not used for any purpose.
- For anyone who may be concerned, the source code is available below.
