Services related to the bulletin board and downloads are currently operated through Hostple,
and I checked a notice stating that access was restricted after a DDOS attack around 3:00 on 2013.01.29.
Hostple has now restored service by initially changing the IP address, and I have updated the Kilho.net nameserver to use that IP address.
The service should return to normal after you clear your DNS cache or wait a while (within 4 hours).
